Our Story

Victory Medical Clinic (VMC) began its journey in 2002 as a Land Transportation Office (LTO)–accredited clinic providing medical certificates for drivers renewing their licenses. The first branch was established in Pasig City before relocating to Marikina City, where our main clinic continues to operate today.

Responding to the Call During the Pandemic

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, VMC immediately stepped forward to support the government and local communities.

Our first COVID-19 antibody testing services were provided to the employees of SM Pampanga.
We became one of the earliest clinics to offer COVID-19 antigen testing and home service testing across Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
Through a partnership with Ateneo de Manila University’s molecular laboratory (Amplify), VMC became one of its first swabbing facilities for RT-PCR COVID testing.

Expanding to Serve Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)

In January 2022, as global borders reopened and the demand for medical requirements for OFWs increased, one of our valued partners—United Philippine Lines (UPL)—requested a clinic near their Intramuros office. In response, VMC quickly secured a location and opened the VMC Intramuros branch just one month later.

This branch initially served UPL crews as a swabbing facility, as well as walk-in patients. Soon after, major government agencies such as the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) also became our clients.

Becoming a Medical Facility for Overseas Workers and Seafarers

To better support our growing community of seafarers and OFWs, VMC expanded its services.

In November 2022, we formally transitioned into a Medical Facility for Overseas Workers and Seafarers (MFOWS).
In December 2022, we received our License to Operate from the Department of Health (DOH).
We subsequently earned accreditation from MARINA, DOLE, and the POEA.

Throughout the pandemic, VMC proudly served over one million individuals and families, as well as nearly one hundred companies—

a testament to our dedication, resilience, and commitment to public health.
