Victory Jaravata-Sastre, MD

Medical Director

Victory Jaravata-Sastre, MD is a licensed physician and the Owner and Medical Director of Victory Medical Clinic. She earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas – Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in 1996.

After passing the Physician Licensure Examination, Dr. Sastre began her career as a Ship Physician for WG&A Superferry. She later served as a Medical Officer at the OB-GYN Department of Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center in Tondo, Manila, where she dedicated seven years of service.

In 2002, she founded Victory Medical Clinic in Marikina City, initially catering to drivers in need of medical certificates and drug testing services for license renewal. Over the years, Dr. Sastre expanded her practice, establishing several medical clinic and drug testing center branches across the country—including Cainta, Makati, La Union, Ilocos Norte, Dumaguete City, Tagum City, and Naga City.

In November 2022, she opened Victory Medical Clinic Intramuros, a DOH and MARINA-accredited Medical Facility for Overseas Workers and Seafarers, further strengthening her commitment to quality healthcare for Filipino workers and seafarers.
